Life is certainly not boring at Wang West...... Superheroes, bookweek, tabloid sports, parent sharing afternoon, zoo trip, hatching chickens  !!!!      Great to be a part of this school!

celebration of our work on zoos with family

Yesterday we had an amazing turn up of family to share with the children their learning for this term on their study of zoos. A big big thanks to those who were able to come and see what the children have done. We were blown away by the turn up of interested adults.

Tabloid sports day

On Tuesday we held our infant tabloid sports day. It was a great day with lots of parental involvement. A big thankyou to the senior students for helping us. Enjoy the pictures.

Miss Cardamone brought along la tartaruga to see us this week . She was quite shy for a while but slowly she came out of her shell to say hello.

making zoos

We are all busy designing our own zoos and having a go at making a zoo,

working in teams.

Open afternoon

A note is going home today about our open afternoon to celebrate the work the children have done on the zoo. This will be a low key afternoon where the children will show you some things they have been working on in our zoo quest.
You and any family or friends are welcome to pop in after 2.45 next Wednesday the 17th September and let the children show you their work.

Zoo trip

What a wonderful day we had yesterday. A very big thankyou to my amazing parents who came along to help on the day. Weather was great and the children were a pleasure to take.
Now for lots of follow up work at school!!
